epitoME: A Bit O' ME
I was born November 28, 1991 (Thanksgiving Day) in Las Vegas, Nevada. My mom has been ill my whole life and was diagnosed to die when I was 2, however she's still alive thank God. I also grew up without a father. Thank God for my grandparents. They owned a machining company and had a nice house with a guest house. That's where my mom and I lived. A 600 sq. ft. guest house, but it was better than the same space in an apartment over by MLK where all the gang shootings happened. My mom always did the best she could for me, thank you mom. I had a stepdad starting in 2nd grade, however he changed as soon as they got married and was more like a roommate who was mentally abusive to my mom and messed me up a little, but they got divorced in 7th grade and I got back on track. I always played ball. In 7th grade I would skip lunch to go shoot hoops with my friends instead of eat. My best friends were black and we were almost always talkin about basketball or kickin some dumb rhymes. My basketball nickname was "The Albino Shaq who could shoot freethrows" because I was one of the tallest of the entire school counting 8th graders. However, my nickname was J Mil when I rapped with em. However, due to similarities between the name J Mil and Jae Milz of Young Money, I have since changed to epitoME. The ME is capitalized, because it represents the epitome is ME. Then we moved to Twin Falls, Idaho when I was about to go into 8th grade because my grandparents moved. That was a culture shock. I don't know if you've been to Idaho but it's mostly Caucasians, Mexicans, and Bosnians. I went from having all my best friends bein black (not my only friends) to knowing nobody and there being no black people really at all. Some kids made fun of me and teased, as kids always do, and asked if I thought I was black based on how I dressed, talked, and walked. I started seriously writing lyrics in 10th grade and battled a friend in Biology and slaughtered him. All my old rhymes were stolen or lost. I'm starting from scratch for this mixtape: Mouth to Mic Resuscitation. Anyways, my mom finally found the right guy and I now have an almost 4 year old brother. I am married to Sarah Miller. I am a high school graduate. I've got some college education, but took a short break and plan to attend this next fall again. I focus on my life with Sarah, my full time job, and my music. If you wanna know more just talk to me.
